The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 played minutes Tuulavere got a freekick which was hit by Joosep Suviste. Aigar Kasimir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Hendrik Jõgis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Georg Loide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kert Rea, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Lennart Hirse recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lennart Hirse blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Georg Loide having to make a save. Kert Rea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Georg Loide tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 34 minutes, Innar Vaikma managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tuulavere's supporters crossed their fingers, but Innar Vaikma was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Aigar Kasimir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Aigar Kasimir managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tuulavere's supporters rose to their feet, but Aigar Kasimir was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hendrik Jõgis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 42nd minute Innar Vaikma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hendrik Jõgis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Aigar Kasimir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Joosep Suviste fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tuulavere's protests and gave Joosep Suviste a yellow card for diving instead. Joosep Suviste kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kert Rea stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Georg Loide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kert Rea in the 54th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Tuulavere's zone, Lennart Hirse stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Georg Loide came out of the goal and Lennart Hirse tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aigar Kasimir could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Hendrik Jõgis made a huge save. When Monsoon's Kert Rea, in the 79th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Monsoon. Aigar Kasimir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
