When Kert Rea came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Monsoon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kert Rea couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Jakob Au kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hendrik Jõgis. That made the score 2-0 in the 24 minute of play. When Monsoon's Lennart Hirse in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lohu's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Harald Stroom in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hendrik Jõgis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hendrik Jõgis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lembit Kanne, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Lohu's goal looked a bit too open when Kert Rea came free, but Egon Hell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
