Spectators: 7536 (Terracing: 5653, Seating: 1733, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Kalev Müürisepp kicked off to start the match. With an all-out effort, Saku Sporting's Joosep Laanemets threw himself towards the right post 3 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jass Kajastu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a defensive mix-up in Saku Sporting's zone, Kalev Müürisepp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kaljo Õismaa came out of the goal and Kalev Müürisepp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Arvo Kangur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mattias Lutter in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kaljo Õismaa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kaljo Õismaa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kalev Müürisepp in the 27th minute of the match. Kaljo Õismaa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaido Noorsalu in the 29th minute of play. Marti Aal kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Kaido Noorsalu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kalev Müürisepp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 43 minutes, Kaido Noorsalu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valjamae's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kaido Noorsalu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Kalev Müürisepp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Jass Kajastu made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Üllar Nõmmemaa during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Valjamae's Üllar Nõmmemaa got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After 58 played minutes Valjamae got a freekick which was hit by Üllar Nõmmemaa. Valjamae's Kunnar Lubi was substituted for Tiit Virve. Mattias Lutter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 65 minutes, Jass Kajastu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urmas Kupits in the 68th minute of play forced Saku Sporting's goalkeeper Kaljo Õismaa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Saku Sporting's Marti Aal got a free kick in the 68th minute. Kaido Noorsalu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kaljo Õismaa having to interfere. Valjamae were furious when Urmas Kupits was red carded, 79 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 78 minutes into the game, one of Valjamae:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Mattias Lutter was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 85th minute. Valjamae's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 88th minute, Mattias Lutter fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Kaljo Õismaa, passed just outside the right post. In the 90th minute, Jakob Toim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Valjamae's Joosep Laanemets played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arvo Kangur in the 92nd minute of play. Rando Looga was extremely unlucky when he, in the 94th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a defensive mix-up in Saku Sporting's zone, Kalev Müürisepp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat.
