The supporters of Rekhatse booed when Raigu JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olari Talvari didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ando Potisepp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alvin Noorsaar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarmo Hull in the 21st minute of the match. 27 minutes into the game, Märt Lutter cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Kuno Kotkas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Rein Isa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rekhatse's supporters rose to their feet, but Rein Isa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alvin Noorsaar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rekhatse's Rein Isa got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rein Isa might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alvin Noorsaar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rein Isa ran back to his position shaking his head. Jarmo Hull sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Jarmo Hull had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jarmo Hull was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 45th minute. Rekhatse's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Alvin Noorsaar didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 46th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Raigu JK's Alvin Noorsaar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rein Isa in the 53rd minute of play. Ain Kadastu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Alvin Noorsaar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Rein Isa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kuno Kotkas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olari Talvari in the 69th minute of play. Ando Potisepp charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ando Potisepp the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 70th minute, Ando Potisepp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alvin Noorsaar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarmo Hull in the 72nd minute of play. After having played for 79 minutes, Rein Isa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rekhatse's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rein Isa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jarmo Hull fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvin Noorsaar having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Rekhatse had played much better football throughout.
