Helari Laanjärv didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pearu Kaldmaa went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After having played for 38 minutes, Pearu Kaldmaa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kurekula SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pearu Kaldmaa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 41 minutes into the match, Mynsi FS's Ilmar Lõhmus sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ivari Ahja narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 44th minute, Ilmar Lõhmus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pearu Kaldmaa to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 74th minute, Kurekula SK's Pearu Kaldmaa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Helari Laanjärv. Helari Laanjärv yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4.
