When Kaspar Niitsoo fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Varkja's protests and gave Kaspar Niitsoo a yellow card for diving instead. After 7 played minutes Varkja got a freekick which was hit by Kaspar Niitsoo. 8 minutes into the game, Gunnar Hindpere was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Palo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Varkja the free kick. Gunnar Hindpere kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Varkja's Kaspar Niitsoo got a free kick in the 10th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oliver Heinola in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sten Rohi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Oliver Heinola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sten Rohi having to interfere. If Enno Ilmatark had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gunnar Hindpere got his second yellow card in the match during the 25th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Palo's Gunnar Hindpere got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 32nd minute, Oliver Heinola made a precise shot to the right of Sten Rohi. Varkja's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 36th minute, Oliver Heinola ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sten Rohi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 42 minutes into the match, Oliver Heinola notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Varkja's Sten Rohi. Sten Rohi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sten Rohi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oliver Heinola in the 47th minute of play. The Varkja players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Palo were winning 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oliver Heinola was the one to do the kick off. If Enno Ilmatark had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th play minute Oliver Heinola came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Sten Rohi. 0-4. Kalmer Reikop, 73 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. In the 79th match minute, Varkja was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kaspar Niitsoo to maneuver through the defense. Oliver Heinola could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Sten Rohi made a huge save. Oliver Heinola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Sten Rohi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Varkja's Enno Ilmatark got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
