Spectators: 6100 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 100) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gunnar Hindpere got the match started through his kick off. Eiko Noorhani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Agu Kirsimäe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gunnar Hindpere in the 8th minute of play. Gunnar Hindpere fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agu Kirsimäe having to interfere. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Palo's goalkeeper Uno Niitsoo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 22nd minute, Hannes Raamets hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Ryzer Quill's Agu Kirsimäe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Heinola in the 27th minute of play. Härmo Pabin in the 29thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Uno Niitsoo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Härmo Pabin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uno Niitsoo having to interfere. Härmo Pabin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Uno Niitsoo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rain Õlg kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Härmo Pabin got free with Uno Niitsoo in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 42 minutes into the match, Palo's Gunnar Hindpere sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Agu Kirsimäe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 0-1 became the score in the 43rd minute when Gunnar Hindpere elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After the first half Palo were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eiko Noorhani was the one to do the kick off. Härmo Pabin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eiko Noorhani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uno Niitsoo having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Palo's Kalmer Reikop got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 62nd minute, Elmut Vene hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, FC Ryzer Quill's Jaan Kadastik tried to score from far away in the 63rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 67th minute, Oliver Heinola ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Agu Kirsimäe was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. With a little luck, FC Ryzer Quill's Agu Kirsimäe got control of the ball when Oliver Heinola tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Oliver Heinola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in FC Ryzer Quill's zone, Oliver Heinola stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Agu Kirsimäe came out of the goal and Oliver Heinola tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When FC Ryzer Quill's Eiko Noorhani in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Palo's goalie prevented a goal. In the 91st minute Eiko Noorhani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uno Niitsoo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Palo eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
