In the 11th match minute, Pedaspaa SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Laanelepp to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Pedaspaa SK getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Vaino Laasik hit a great ball. Pedaspaa SK's Artur Emane proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Pedaspaa SK from getting a goal against them. Rein Oll had several of the Pedaspaa SK's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 20 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Artur Emane as he didn't even see the shot coming. If Kaarel Savisaar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Helger Mäe during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rein Oll was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute, Rein Oll ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Artur Emane was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. When Pedaspaa SK's Helger Mäe in 61 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Heldur Mänd guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Siim Ojakäär recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 80th minute, Kaarel Savisaar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Tanel Loomus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Pedaspaa SK booed when Ahja Ajax was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Siim Ojakäär didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Ahja Ajax's Ilmar Rõõmussaar tried to score from far away in the 99th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Ahja Ajax had won after a very even match.
