Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) When Alo Loorens came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the FC Pilistvere Spartak fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alo Loorens couldn't finish the play. Alo Loorens could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Kaljo Liit made a huge save. Magnus Lepanurm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvin Kaldur in the 14th minute of the match. Juhan Annama received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Magnus Lepanurm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Alvin Kaldur got free in front of the goal in the 23rd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Magnus Lepanurm was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tõnu Nukki in the 25th minute of play forced Poltsamaa's goalkeeper Kaljo Liit to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led Poltsamaa's Tarmo Põlluste to fire away a dangerous shot which Magnus Lepanurm despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Magnus Lepanurm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juhan Annama in the 33rd minute of the match. Alvin Kaldur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magnus Lepanurm having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Alvin Kaldur managed to get in a good position for a shot. Poltsamaa's supporters rose to their feet, but Alvin Kaldur was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Magnus Lepanurm breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Poltsamaa's Alvin Kaldur got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvin Kaldur in the 42nd minute of play forced FC Pilistvere Spartak's goalkeeper Magnus Lepanurm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Pilistvere Spartak's Magnus Lepanurm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvin Kaldur in the 46th minute of play. Alvin Kaldur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 49th minute. Magnus Lepanurm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tõnu Nukki was the one to do the kick off. Magnus Lepanurm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marek Veedla, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 55th minute Alvin Kaldur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magnus Lepanurm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Koit Muruaas hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Poltsamaa's Kaljo Liit played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tõnu Nukki in the 69th minute of play. Tarmo Põlluste hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute, Alo Loorens got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in FC Pilistvere Spartak's zone, Alvin Kaldur stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Magnus Lepanurm came out of the goal and Alvin Kaldur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Juhan Annama sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alvin Kaldur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Magnus Lepanurm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 98 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Pilistvere Spartak! Margus Kalda shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. After 100 played minutes FC Pilistvere Spartak got a freekick which was hit by Valdo Laasik. Poltsamaa's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
