The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 6 minutes, Oliver Tuulemaa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. JK Taebla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oliver Tuulemaa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 8 minutes into the match, JK Taebla's Oliver Tuulemaa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Elari Savi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tambet Püss made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eikki Niinemets in the 18th minute of play. Taaniel Hirv received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Elari Savi came out and tried to block the shot, but Taaniel Hirv slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 19th minute. Tambet Püss took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eikki Niinemets, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tambet Püss showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eikki Niinemets in the 30th minute of the match. Oliver Tuulemaa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elari Savi having to make a save. Aigar Arak charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aigar Arak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 34th minute, Aigar Arak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 36 played minutes JK Taebla got a freekick which was hit by Lauri Talu. Tambet Püss made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eikki Niinemets in the 38th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vahur Pihlakas in the 39th minute of play forced JK Taebla's goalkeeper Tambet Püss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute, Taaniel Hirv fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Elari Savi, passed just outside the right post. If Vahur Pihlakas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 43 minutes of play JK Taebla's Aigar Arak was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 44 played minutes JK Taebla got a freekick which was hit by Aigar Arak. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind JK Taebla's goalkeeper Tambet Püss, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vahur Pihlakas to make the kick off. After 55 played minutes FC beatraxx got a freekick which was hit by Rando Jaanovits. Eikki Niinemets received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Tambet Püss tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oliver Tuulemaa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Eikki Niinemets fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tambet Püss having to interfere. If Oliver Tuulemaa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oliver Tuulemaa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85th minute, Vahur Pihlakas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tambet Püss. The goal made the score 1-2. JK Taebla's Tambet Püss proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save JK Taebla from getting a goal against them. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FC beatraxx eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
