Siim Vaga's late challenge caught a Habaja FS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Siim Vaga helped the player get up and apologised. 2 minutes into the game, one of Shanghai Noodles:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 4th minute there was a penalty for Habaja FS. Gerd Helemäe stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Kaspar Loik. 0-1. Kaspar Loik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olav Vint, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Mati Põldroos hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Habaja FS's Ivo Vahtra managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Madis Nael in the 21 minute of the game. 26 minutes into the match, Habaja FS's goalkeeper Endel Karbo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jaanus Nahasepp. Habaja FS's Endel Karbo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rauno Poltimäe in the 27th minute of play. Endel Karbo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rauno Poltimäe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 37 minutes into the game, Kalju Taaber threw the ball into play from the sideline. Shanghai Noodles's Priit Raja quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Mati Põldroos hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Shanghai Noodles defense, Gerd Helemäe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kaspar Loik. The Shanghai Noodles fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kaspar Loik should have stopped the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Rauno Poltimäe made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Shanghai Noodles getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Tarmo Kalde hit a great ball. Olav Vint received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Kaspar Loik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kaspar Loik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerd Helemäe in the 58th minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Habaja FS's goal looked a bit too open when Jaanus Nahasepp came free, but Endel Karbo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute, Gerd Helemäe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Habaja FS's Siim Maandi was substituted for Gerd Helemäe. After 67 played minutes Habaja FS got a freekick which was hit by Gerd Helemäe. Kaspar Loik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Siim Maandi in the 69th minute of play. 71 minutes into the game, Kuuno Härg threw the ball into play from the sideline. Habaja FS's Ivo Vahtra quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Endel Karbo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaanus Nahasepp, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Olav Vint sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Endel Karbo came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Shanghai Noodles's Rauno Poltimäe. But to his dismay, Rauno Poltimäe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2.
