Helger Kangur hit a great ball. Endel Karbo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lauri Algaja in the 8th minute of the match. Alan Ladva was a little too slow when Gerd Helemäe got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 10th minute. The score was now 1-0. If Lauri Algaja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Endel Karbo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mart Sepp in the 14th minute of play. Alan Ladva was out of position in the 16 minute of play, and Gerd Helemäe capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gerd Helemäe really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. 21 minutes into the match, Habaja FS's goal looked a bit too open when Mart Sepp came free, but Endel Karbo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alan Ladva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olav Vint in the 23rd minute. A sloppy throw-in by Ivar Kubja in the 24th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Habaja FS's Ivo Vahtra. Gerd Helemäe was extremely unlucky when he, in the 28th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 33rdth minute of the game Olav Vint who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vanassaare's Alan Ladva was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Lauri Algaja's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Endel Karbo was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Alan Ladva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olav Vint in the 44th minute of play. Haarald Rõuk kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Vanassaare's Mart Sepp got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

After having played for 53 minutes, Olav Vint managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Habaja FS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olav Vint was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Olav Vint managed to get in a good position for a shot. Habaja FS's supporters rose to their feet, but Olav Vint was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alan Ladva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Habaja FS's Siim Maandi was substituted for Ivo Vahtra. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Gerd Helemäe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Habaja FS's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerd Helemäe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alan Ladva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
