Beresje's Allar Karmo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 4th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Allikotsa. In the 9th minute, Ivari Nugin made a precise shot to the right of Leo Jaanovits. Allikotsa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Jan Kork fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Janis Kosemaa having to interfere. Janis Kosemaa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ergo Saarmets, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ergo Saarmets in the 17th minute of play forced Beresje's goalkeeper Janis Kosemaa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ergo Saarmets sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Eedi Mees fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Allikotsa's protests and gave Eedi Mees a yellow card for diving instead. Eedi Mees kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Aare Kalkun kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Eedi Liit's late challenge caught a Allikotsa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eedi Liit helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Allikotsa booed when Beresje was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eedi Liit didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Beresje were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

If Alan Äss had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Allikotsa's Ergo Saarmets in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Beresje's goalie prevented a goal. Ivari Nugin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jan Kork sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th match minute, Beresje was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Heiki Hurm to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Beresje's zone, Ergo Saarmets stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Janis Kosemaa came out of the goal and Ergo Saarmets tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Beresje had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
