In the 19th minute Arno Rõõmussaar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aapo Toom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vahur Eluvee fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aapo Toom having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Arno Rõõmussaar made a precise shot to the right of Aapo Toom. In the 39thth minute of the game Arno Rõõmussaar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but JK Nuia's Aapo Toom was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Arno Rõõmussaar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aapo Toom. JK Nuia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arno Rõõmussaar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arno Rõõmussaar was the one to do the kick off. JK Nuia's Aapo Toom proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save JK Nuia from getting a goal against them. In the 53rd minute, JK Nuia's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Vahur Eluvee fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With a left leg Aapo Toom saved JK Nuia from getting behind. 85 minutes into the game, Arvo Haas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Veskitamme FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave JK Nuia the free kick. After a rather tough play, Veskitamme FC's Arvo Haas got a free kick in the 85th minute. 89 minutes into the match, JK Nuia's goal looked a bit too open when Arno Rõõmussaar came free, but Aapo Toom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 92 minutes in the game, Vahur Eluvee fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Aapo Toom having to interfere.
