After having played for 3 minutes, Priidik Õige managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Veskitamme FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Priidik Õige was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Janis Kosemaa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vahur Eluvee in the 4th minute of play. Aare Kalkun hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Janis Kosemaa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arno Rõõmussaar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The attack was good, but when Vahur Eluvee in the 12th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. The audience was convinced that Arno Rõõmussaar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Janis Kosemaa was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. In the 17th minute Arno Rõõmussaar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Janis Kosemaa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute, Vahur Eluvee left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Veskitamme FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arno Rõõmussaar in the 21st minute of play forced Beresje's goalkeeper Janis Kosemaa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arno Rõõmussaar might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Janis Kosemaa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arno Rõõmussaar ran back to his position shaking his head. Janis Kosemaa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vahur Eluvee, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. If Vahur Eluvee had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vahur Eluvee fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Janis Kosemaa having to interfere. Janis Kosemaa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arno Rõõmussaar in the 39th minute of play. If Arno Rõõmussaar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vahur Eluvee sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alan Äss recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Taavet Volberg's late challenge caught a Beresje's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Taavet Volberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 48th minute, Taavet Volberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Beresje booed when Veskitamme FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 49 match minutes in a wonderful position. Priidik Õige didn't get a good kick on the ball. The wind increased when Arno Rõõmussaar made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Beresje's goal looked a bit too open when Arno Rõõmussaar came free, but Janis Kosemaa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 55 played minutes Beresje got a freekick which was hit by Jaagup Otsatalu. Arno Rõõmussaar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Elmu Hiiob's shot from long distance in the 60th minute was not bad at all, but Beresje's Janis Kosemaa knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Arno Rõõmussaar received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Janis Kosemaa came out and tried to block the shot, but Arno Rõõmussaar slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 81st minute. Vahur Eluvee fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Janis Kosemaa having to interfere. Beresje's Janis Kosemaa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Beresje from getting a goal against them.
