Voigaste's Kuno Mihklisaar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lauri Ahnus in the 32nd minute of play. After recieving a nice pass, Voigaste's Gabriel Vaik tried to score from far away in the 34th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The Voigaste players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Soodaa were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Risto Raudsoo made a kick off. In the 50th match minute, FC Soodaa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eero Seen to maneuver through the defense. Voigaste's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Eero Seen scored to the left of an out of position Kuno Mihklisaar, making the score, 0-2. In the 62nd minute Lauri Ahnus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kuno Mihklisaar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eero Seen in the 64th minute of play forced Voigaste's goalkeeper Kuno Mihklisaar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, FC Soodaa's Eero Seen got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 70th match minute, Voigaste was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arvi Vallik to maneuver through the defense. 72 minutes into the game, Risto Raudsoo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kuno Mihklisaar. Risto Raudsoo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. If Lauri Ahnus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th minute, Eero Seen reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kuno Mihklisaar. The goal made the score 0-4. After having played for 88 minutes, Endel Oksmaa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Voigaste's supporters crossed their fingers, but Endel Oksmaa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
