Olari Oll hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rando Vananurm in the 29th managed to get into a good position. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Gabriel Vaik sped through White Lion's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eerik Ojakäär. The supporters of Voigaste booed when White Lion was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kris Pilvistu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gabriel Vaik stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eerik Ojakäär showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Vaik, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute.
