The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, FC Rebellion's goal looked a bit too open when Vaino Ojasaar came free, but Lauri Urvet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Toivo Villemsaar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Avo Kelm fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Rebellion's protests and gave Avo Kelm a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC Rebellion getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Avo Kelm hit a great ball. In the 11th match minute, FC Rebellion was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Janar Ylipikk to maneuver through the defense. Jaanek Lepanurm took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 12th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lauri Urvet. FC Rebellion's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Edgar Üleoja left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Talvikese fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. A collision led to FC Rebellion getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Avo Kelm hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Üleoja in the 42nd minute of play forced FC Rebellion's goalkeeper Lauri Urvet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vaino Ojasaar got free with Lauri Urvet in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 90 minutes into the match, FC Rebellion's goal looked a bit too open when Siim Lipmeister came free, but Lauri Urvet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute, Siim Lipmeister left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Talvikese fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. When the match was over Talvikese could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Rebellion throughout the match.
