The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. FC Rebellion's Lauri Urvet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Üllar Neppi in the 4th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kris Pilvistu in the 5th minute of play forced FC Rebellion's goalkeeper Lauri Urvet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 7 minutes into the match, Üllar Neppi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lauri Urvet, 1-0. FC Rebellion's Lauri Urvet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Üllar Neppi in the 12th minute of play. A collision led to FC Rebellion getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Avo Kelm hit a great ball. After some careless play in the FC Rebellion defense, Jann Raudsaar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lauri Urvet. The FC Rebellion fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lauri Urvet should have stopped the shot. Jann Raudsaar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Lauri Urvet made a huge save. In the 27th minute, Ralf Vesi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. White Lion's Eerik Ojakäär played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Avo Kelm in the 45th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After 60 played minutes FC Rebellion got a freekick which was hit by Avo Kelm. When Olari Oll came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the White Lion fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olari Oll couldn't finish the play. Olev Mäeselja charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olev Mäeselja the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC Rebellion getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Olev Mäeselja hit a great ball. In the 64th minute of the match Olari Oll sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lauri Urvet skillfully saved the ball. After 67 minutes, Sulev Pulver mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Rebellion and the White Lion players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sulev Pulver hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 69th minute of the match Olari Oll sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lauri Urvet skillfully saved the ball. 70 minutes into the match, FC Rebellion's goal looked a bit too open when Jann Raudsaar came free, but Lauri Urvet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lauri Urvet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jann Raudsaar in the 83rd minute of the match. FC Rebellion's Evert Laanjärv managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Elmar Rännu in the 92 minute of the game. Eerik Ojakäär made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Toivo Villemsaar sent off a good shot on target. In the 95th minute Üllar Neppi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lauri Urvet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the White Lion players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
