After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Andro Õnnepalu managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Kuutsi's supporters rose to their feet, but Andro Õnnepalu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maido Tooma breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ingmar Käps showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Janis Mihklimäe, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Andro Õnnepalu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vaino Aas made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vaino Aas got free with Maido Tooma in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Kuutsi's Andro Õnnepalu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Maido Tooma. That made the score 0-2 after 57 minutes of play. Agur Undrits hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Vaino Aas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 66thth minute tested the skills of Maido Tooma when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ingmar Käps made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Janis Mihklimäe in the 69th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 74th minute by Vaino Aas got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 76 minutes into the match, SK Lahe's goal looked a bit too open when Vaino Aas came free, but Maido Tooma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, SK Lahe's goalkeeper Maido Tooma had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andro Õnnepalu. Marko Mölder could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Maido Tooma made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Vaino Aas took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Maido Tooma to make any attempt to save it. FC Kuutsi's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
