Spectators: 8019 (Terracing: 6016, Seating: 1844, VIP seats: 159) CF Elva's Valdek Vaasna started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Bert Stüf made a precise shot to the right of Eedi Pererahu. CF Elva's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 13 minutes, Udo Vanaliin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CF Elva and the SK Leigri players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, CF Elva's Udo Vanaliin got a free kick in the 13th minute. Maarek Ülisoo made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Andris Võrk sent off a good shot on target. In the 16th match minute, SK Leigri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adolf Einberg to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jan Hanni during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jan Hanni hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute, Andris Võrk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Illimar Alles got in the 24th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Eedi Pererahu handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. In the 30th minute, Illimar Alles ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eedi Pererahu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 33rd match minute, SK Leigri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Illimar Alles to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 34 minutes, Udo Vanaliin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CF Elva's supporters crossed their fingers, but Udo Vanaliin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adolf Einberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Eedi Pererahu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, SK Leigri's goalkeeper Maarek Ülisoo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andris Võrk. Bert Stüf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half SK Leigri were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Illimar Alles made a kick off. When CF Elva's Valdek Vaasna in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SK Leigri's goalie prevented a goal. Illimar Alles could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Eedi Pererahu made a huge save. Andris Võrk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maarek Ülisoo having to interfere. Maarek Ülisoo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdek Vaasna in the 60th minute of the match. Illimar Alles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of SK Leigri booed when CF Elva was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Siim Säga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eedi Pererahu was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Adolf Lutsar. SK Leigri's Maarek Ülisoo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Udo Vanaliin in the 70th minute of play. When Bert Stüf fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SK Leigri's protests and gave Bert Stüf a yellow card for diving instead. In the 79th match minute, SK Leigri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bert Stüf to maneuver through the defense. Valdek Vaasna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andris Võrk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maarek Ülisoo having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Toivo Arujärv got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see CF Elva lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
