Spectators: 7784 (Terracing: 6034, Seating: 1690, VIP seats: 60) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kristo Kamla started the match with the kick off. When Ago Nõmmeots came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the FC Sakala fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ago Nõmmeots couldn't finish the play. SK Korvetaguse's Helari Aruniit got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Adolf Üits had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ainar Talviste took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viljar Raun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the match, Kristo Kamla notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FC Sakala's Ainar Talviste. Ainar Talviste was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the FC Sakala defense, Helari Aruniit kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ainar Talviste. The FC Sakala fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ainar Talviste should have stopped the shot. The referee felt a red card was in order, 27 minutes into the game, when Volli Uusmaa put in a rough tackle. In the 28th minute, Volli Uusmaa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Sakala's Ainar Talviste played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roomet Alas in the 28th minute of play. Ainar Talviste showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viljar Raun, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. If Kristo Kamla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute, Aivar Palk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kristo Kamla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Ainar Talviste tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ainar Talviste showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ants Suviste, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Rauno Hütt took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ennu Volberg. Ennu Volberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. FC Sakala's Ainar Talviste played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ants Suviste in the 46th minute of play. If Rauno Hütt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Rauno Hütt made the kick off in the second half. Voldemar Nael kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Rauno Hütt managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Sakala's supporters rose to their feet, but Rauno Hütt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ennu Volberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Helari Aruniit got free with Ainar Talviste in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ants Suviste could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Ainar Talviste made a huge save. In the 63rd match minute, FC Sakala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juss Joamets to maneuver through the defense. FC Sakala's Ainar Talviste proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save FC Sakala from getting a goal against them. Aivar Palk kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Helari Aruniit made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 69thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Ainar Talviste would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. In the 72nd minute Ago Nõmmeots shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ennu Volberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 74 minutes into the game, Viljar Raun cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Ainar Talviste was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ennu Volberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ago Nõmmeots, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ainar Talviste came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by SK Korvetaguse's Helari Aruniit. But to his dismay, Helari Aruniit quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. 84 minutes into the match, FC Sakala's goalkeeper Ainar Talviste had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Helari Aruniit. In the 88th minute Kristo Kamla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ainar Talviste saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the game, Voldemar Nael was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SK Korvetaguse's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Sakala the free kick. A collision led to SK Korvetaguse getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Voldemar Nael hit a great ball. Ennu Volberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aivar Palk in the 91st minute of play. In the 94th minute, Adolf Üits hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roomet Alas hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The SK Korvetaguse players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
