Erni Kannisto hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Elmu Hütt took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 4th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Raido Kadastu. FC JAHUT's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Kaijo Kütt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tambet Org having to interfere. Evert Äkke struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Tambet Org didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC JAHUT. Kunnar Käps might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tambet Org. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kunnar Käps ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Andris Ratas managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC JAHUT's supporters rose to their feet, but Andris Ratas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tambet Org breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Evert Äkke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tambet Org having to interfere. Santos Tartu's Tambet Org proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Santos Tartu from getting a goal against them. Tambet Org made an important save on a dangerous shot by Evert Äkke in the 22nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Santos Tartu's zone, Kaijo Kütt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tambet Org came out of the goal and Kaijo Kütt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kardo Luige might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Raido Kadastu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kardo Luige ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, FC JAHUT's Andris Ratas got a free kick in the 30th minute. Ralf Ahjupera hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Andris Ratas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Tambet Org tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Evert Äkke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andris Ratas might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tambet Org. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andris Ratas ran back to his position shaking his head. Tambet Org made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evert Äkke in the 38th minute of play. After 38 played minutes Santos Tartu got a freekick which was hit by Ralf Ahjupera. In the 41st minute of the match FC JAHUT got a corner. Santos Tartu's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kaijo Kütt ran over to the corner to take the kick. Tambet Org came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by FC JAHUT's Kaijo Kütt. But to his dismay, Kaijo Kütt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 52 played minutes Santos Tartu got a freekick which was hit by Pearu Vaarandi. FC JAHUT's Evert Äkke got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Evert Äkke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andris Ratas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tambet Org having to interfere. Evert Äkke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Tambet Org tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Kaijo Kütt came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the FC JAHUT fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kaijo Kütt couldn't finish the play. Tambet Org took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evert Äkke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eikki Usin hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Tambet Org stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kunnar Käps's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. If Kaijo Kütt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evert Äkke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the match, Evert Äkke notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Santos Tartu's Tambet Org. Tambet Org was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kunnar Käps sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of FC JAHUT booed when Santos Tartu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elmu Hütt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tambet Org made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaijo Kütt in the 92nd minute of play. Kardo Luige kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Santos Tartu's Kardo Luige got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There was no doubt that FC JAHUT were the better team. FC JAHUT's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
