After 11 played minutes Void got a freekick which was hit by Janari Raudla. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Toomas Viilup in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jann Hansen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jaagup Heinaru didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tom Paha went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Tom Paha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Jaagup Heinaru made a huge save. After taking down the ball on Void's corner Joosep Nigol fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jaagup Heinaru quite easily take care of the ball. After having played for 24 minutes, Aare Kapsi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Void's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aare Kapsi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Void's Jann Hansen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toomas Viilup in the 26th minute of play. Jann Hansen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half FC Sergei Pareiko were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Janek Aher kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 52nd match minute, FC Sergei Pareiko was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eiko Jõeäär to maneuver through the defense. Avo Randveer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jann Hansen having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aare Kapsi in the 65th minute of play forced FC Sergei Pareiko's goalkeeper Jaagup Heinaru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Void defense, Toomas Viilup kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jann Hansen. The Void fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jann Hansen should have stopped the shot. In the 76th minute, Toomas Viilup made a precise shot to the right of Jann Hansen. Void's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-5. Avo Randveer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Jann Hansen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 83 minutes into the match, FC Sergei Pareiko's goal looked a bit too open when Tom Paha came free, but Jaagup Heinaru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jann Hansen made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Toomas Viilup sent off a good shot on target. If Toomas Viilup had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot by Eiko Jõeäär from long distance, 88 minutes into the match, got Jann Hansen's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Jann Hansen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Avo Randveer in the 95th minute of the match.
