When Adolf Vallik came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Peningi Spartak fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adolf Vallik couldn't finish the play. Andrus Ruul showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolf Vallik in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Avo Taigur ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kevin Naaskel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Agu Lutsars short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Kevin Naaskel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Andrus Ruul showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adolf Vallik, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Adolf Vallik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Fc Harkulona's Avo Taigur got a free kick in the 41st minute. 42 minutes into the match, Fc Harkulona's goal looked a bit too open when Adolf Vallik came free, but Andrus Ruul reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jaanus Latt was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Fc Harkulona's goalkeeper Andrus Ruul had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adolf Vallik. Kevin Naaskel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Avo Taigur in the 62nd minute of play. Andrus Ruul showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Holger Laanelepp, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 73rd minute, Avo Taigur made a precise shot to the right of Kevin Naaskel. Peningi Spartak's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. If Agu Lutsar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andrus Ruul stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jaanus Latt's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Egert Viilup took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 84th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Andrus Ruul. Fc Harkulona's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Agu Lutsar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Kevin Naaskel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Fc Harkulona had played much better football throughout.
