Jarmo Kalam took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kaarel Taimre. Kaarel Taimre dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. FC Virus's Juss Raidur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Villu Ainsaar in the 24th minute of play. Jüri Ilves kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Kaarel Taimre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Korneliusz Moizuk in the 30th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rainer Hütt during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jarmo Kalam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kaarel Taimre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Korneliusz Moizuk in the 39th minute of play. When Jarmo Kalam came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the FC Virus fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jarmo Kalam couldn't finish the play. Kaarel Taimre was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jarmo Kalam showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 44 minute of play. In the 47th minute, Marko Pukk had to leave the field with a concussion. 47 minutes into the game, Villu Ainsaar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Unnaste's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Virus the free kick. Villu Ainsaar kicked well hit freekick during the 49th minute of the match.

Unnaste's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Korneliusz Moizuk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. In the 87th minute Jarmo Kalam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaarel Taimre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
