FC GeiZ's Egert Ülipikk suffered a sprained foot after 20 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Johannes Kupits charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Johannes Kupits the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Inter getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Johannes Kupits hit a great ball. 34 minutes into the match, FC GeiZ's goalkeeper Taaniel Haljasorg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Agu Naaskel. 35 minutes into the game, Hans Rakke was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC GeiZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Inter the free kick. After 35 played minutes FC GeiZ got a freekick which was hit by Hans Rakke. A sloppy throw-in by Taimo Mahlamaa in the 40th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC GeiZ's Kevin Nisu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Voldemar Udu in the 43rd minute of play forced FC GeiZ's goalkeeper Taaniel Haljasorg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Agu Naaskel kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hans Rakke made a kick off. Kevin Nisu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Volli Viru having to interfere. If Kevin Nisu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. But to his dismay, Agu Naaskel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. A collision led to Inter getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Eedi Vooremäe hit a great ball. Paavo Aunaste kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. FC GeiZ's Jan Kuuskmäe got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Hans Rakke managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC GeiZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Hans Rakke was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Volli Viru breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 90 minutes into the game, Inter's Voldemar Udu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Taaniel Haljasorg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Agu Naaskel hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. FC GeiZ's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Inter had won, even though FC GeiZ had held more of the ball.
