Seating: 1834, VIP seats: 0) Inter's Voldemar Udu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Inter's Voldemar Udu in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Neytla's goalie prevented a goal. Vello Nael hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Neytla's zone, Eedi Vooremäe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ants Laineste came out of the goal and Eedi Vooremäe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Volli Viru was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Toomas Elken showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edvard Võrno during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Edvard Võrno hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Voldemar Udu in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ants Laineste prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 21 minutes, Voldemar Udu made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Neytla's Ants Laineste tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Volli Viru made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edvard Võrno in the 25th minute. If Eedi Vooremäe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Inter's Volli Viru proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Inter from getting a goal against them. Eedi Vooremäe struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Ants Laineste didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Inter. Neytla's Ants Laineste played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eedi Vooremäe in the 44th minute of play. Taimo Mahlamaa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 47 minutes into the match, Inter's Eedi Vooremäe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ants Laineste narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
In the 54th match minute, Inter was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paavo Aunaste to maneuver through the defense. Toomas Elken took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Volli Viru. Volli Viru dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Toomas Elken received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Volli Viru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Neytla getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Siim Vares hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eedi Vooremäe got free with Ants Laineste in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Taavet Palumets blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ants Laineste having to make a save. Eedi Vooremäe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Ants Laineste tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Taavet Palumets got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Inter booed when Neytla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vello Nael didn't get a good kick on the ball. Toomas Elken sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 93 minutes into the match, Inter's Johannes Kupits sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ants Laineste narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Inter were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
