After a defensive mix-up in Suga's zone, Jaagup Algaja stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Heino Kevade came out of the goal and Jaagup Algaja tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 17th minute of the game, Hillar Viilukas landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. 17 minutes into the game, one of Sokhlu:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Heino Kevade was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Innar Tooma capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Innar Tooma really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Heino Kevade showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Innar Tooma, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Suga's goal looked a bit too open when Innar Tooma came free, but Heino Kevade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Jaagup Algaja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute, Volli Hernes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valmar Alajaan kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Suga's Heino Kevade proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Suga from getting a goal against them. 47 minutes into the match, Suga's Joonas Orupõld sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tom Avaja narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Sokhlu's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaagup Algaja was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Heino Kevade breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hans Lehtmets kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Suga's Marti Kaldvee tried to score from far away in the 75th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When Jaagup Algaja came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Sokhlu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaagup Algaja couldn't finish the play. When Joonas Orupõld came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Suga fans jumped to their feet.
