The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Adam Zbagan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Marek Vabadus made a huge save. The referee felt a red card was in order, 11 minutes into the game, when Frederick Palanques put in a rough tackle. In the 10th minute, one of Holsten:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Holsten. The referee gave Hardstyle United a penalty, 12 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Bo Dallas, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Holsten's Mehdi De Carvalho. 0-1. After 18 minutes Hardstyle United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Uku Virmaline who took care of the corner kick. Holsten's Mehdi De Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Philip Congson in the 20th minute of play. Evald Mustakivi took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mehdi De Carvalho. Mehdi De Carvalho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erkki Kirst in the 24th minute of play forced Holsten's goalkeeper Mehdi De Carvalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute Erkki Kirst shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehdi De Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Holsten's Mehdi De Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erkki Kirst in the 35th minute of play. After 36 played minutes Holsten got a freekick which was hit by Adam Zbagan. In the 37th minute Evald Mustakivi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehdi De Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Holsten:s Mehdi De Carvalho showed great skill when he stopped Bo Dallas:s penalty. 48 minutes into the match, Erkki Kirst notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Holsten's Mehdi De Carvalho. Mehdi De Carvalho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half Hardstyle United were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Erkki Kirst was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dag Hedin in the 56th minute of play forced Hardstyle United's goalkeeper Marek Vabadus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mehdi De Carvalho was out of position in the 69 minute of play, and Bo Dallas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bo Dallas really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. 72 minutes into the game, Urmo Vahing cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-7. Marek Vabadus was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 76th minute, Hardstyle United's Rafael Chaves ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mehdi De Carvalho. Mehdi De Carvalho yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-8. Philip Congson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Mehdi De Carvalho made a huge save. In the 80th minute Rafael Chaves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehdi De Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marek Vabadus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Turan Cansever, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Holsten's Mehdi De Carvalho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Holsten from getting a goal against them. Mehdi De Carvalho was out of position in the 86 minute of play, and Evald Mustakivi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Evald Mustakivi really showed his touch with that goal: 1-9. 95 minutes into the match, Holsten's goal looked a bit too open when Erkki Kirst came free, but Mehdi De Carvalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mehdi De Carvalho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rafael Chaves in the 99th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Hardstyle United walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
