Spectators: 8592 (Terracing: 6445, Seating: 1976, VIP seats: 171) Uudo Trump started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Kaupo Vaha came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the FC Mustamäe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kaupo Vaha couldn't finish the play. 7 minutes into the match, FC Vorbuze's goal looked a bit too open when Uudo Trump came free, but Asso Püha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 8 minutes into the game, Allar Undusk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Mustamäe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Vorbuze the free kick. After 8 played minutes FC Mustamäe got a freekick which was hit by Allar Undusk. FC Vorbuze's Marko Suslik got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Asso Püha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anton Karju in the 12th minute of play. Uudo Trump might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Asso Püha. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Uudo Trump ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 21st minute Anton Karju shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asso Püha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Kaupo Vaha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Andrus Lippus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Mustamäe's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Marko Suslik scored to the left of an out of position Fred Kangro, making the score, 1-0. FC Mustamäe's Fred Kangro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marko Suslik in the 30th minute of play. Fred Kangro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arvi Kaljuvee in the 31st minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Aivar Täppe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fred Kangro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arvi Kaljuvee, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 38 minutes into the game, FC Mustamäe's Hans Remmel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Asso Püha made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Asso Püha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Uudo Trump, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Kaupo Vaha made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 55thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Asso Püha would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. After having played for 60 minutes, Hans Remmel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Mustamäe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hans Remmel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Uudo Trump fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Asso Püha having to interfere. Hans Remmel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Asso Püha came out and tried to block the shot, but Hans Remmel slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 64th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ulf Lindgren during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. FC Mustamäe's Kaur Nugin was substituted for Uudo Trump. In the 69th match minute, FC Vorbuze was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulf Lindgren to maneuver through the defense. Fred Kangro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arvi Kaljuvee in the 70th minute of play. Andrus Lippus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Fred Kangro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kaur Nugin struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Asso Püha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Mustamäe. Fred Kangro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arvi Kaljuvee in the 77th minute of the match. Anton Karju fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Asso Püha having to interfere. Kaur Nugin struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Asso Püha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Mustamäe. 84 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Vorbuze's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Allar Undusk was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Mustamäe's players had a chance to rest. With an all-out effort, FC Mustamäe's Asso Püha threw himself towards the right post 87 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Kaur Nugin, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Through an outstanding action, after 91 minutes, Asso Püha successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. FC Mustamäe's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Allar Undusk in the 92nd minute. Georg Asi made a great header on FC Mustamäe's corner, it was just that FC Vorbuze's Asso Püha managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 95th minute, Laur Ratassepp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The FC Vorbuze supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC Mustamäe's performance. The match ended with a win for FC Mustamäe.
