Spectators: 8455 (Terracing: 6342, Seating: 1944, VIP seats: 169) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Karl-Ove Biörk took the kick off in the first half of the match. 6 minutes into the match, JK Salme's goalkeeper Hubert Ruus had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paavo Vaima. After 7 minutes, Elmo Kase mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the JK Salme and the Kerhl players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hubert Ruus stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karl-Ove Biörk's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. After a defensive mix-up in JK Salme's zone, Lembit Kööp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hubert Ruus came out of the goal and Lembit Kööp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Heldur Kartul could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Hubert Ruus made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in JK Salme's zone, Lembit Kööp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hubert Ruus came out of the goal and Lembit Kööp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Kerhl's Lembit Kööp got a free kick in the 19th minute. Lembit Kööp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Hubert Ruus made a huge save. Hubert Ruus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paavo Vaima in the 23rd minute. A collision led to JK Salme getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Marko Karuauk hit a great ball. Kerhl's Paavo Vaima has a good shot, but didn't show it this time. The shot went over the crossbar in the 29th minute. Peedu Oad charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Peedu Oad the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 41 played minutes JK Salme got a freekick which was hit by Peedu Oad. A collision led to JK Salme getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Gert Jänes hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gert Jänes to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kaarel Hakk during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 54 played minutes JK Salme got a freekick which was hit by Kaarel Hakk. Hubert Ruus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Heiki Kund, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Paavo Vaima received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Hubert Ruus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gert Jänes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gert Jänes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Sipke de Ruijter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Kerhl's Sipke de Ruijter got control of the ball when Gert Jänes tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Lembit Kööp came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Kerhl fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lembit Kööp couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Kerhl's Lembit Kööp got a free kick in the 75th minute. The supporters of JK Salme booed when Kerhl was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Ove Biörk didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 80th minute Peedu Oad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sipke de Ruijter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, JK Salme's Elmo Kase got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Elmo Kase hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Hubert Ruus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Ove Biörk in the 88th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paavo Vaima in the 92nd minute of play forced JK Salme's goalkeeper Hubert Ruus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Karl-Ove Biörk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle went the supporters of JK Salme were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Kerhl side.
