The audience thought a goal was coming when Luís Gustavo de Amaral got free with Jorginho Brodel in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jaroslaw Komanski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ma Tian in the 63rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ma Tian in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jaroslaw Komanski saved FC Goodfellas from getting behind. In the 94th minute, Edy Mondino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ma Tian's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jaroslaw Komanski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
