Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Askanios Paraskos started the match with the kick off. In the 8th minute Askanios Paraskos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giorgos Rozaklis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alexandros Rigopoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Spiros Koumanidis in the 9th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as DENIAK FC's Askanios Paraskos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Giorgos Rozaklis. That made the score 1-0 after 17 minutes of play. Chronis Fotopoulos lost his temper 24 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 26th minute there was a penalty for Glykórrizo. Nikos Batsakis stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Alexandros Rigopoulos. 1-1. Alkmaion Rallis hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Akheloos Karabachos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, DENIAK FC's Eteokles Rousakis got a free kick in the 40th minute. Nikos Batsakis was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 41st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 48 minutes into the game, Dimitris Petrohilos lined in a short shot 3-1 behind a frustrated Giorgos Rozaklis. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Spiros Koumanidis made a kick off. Dimitris Petrohilos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Giorgos Rozaklis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Likourgos Xydis charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Likourgos Xydis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alexandros Rigopoulos stood somewhat misplaced when Akheloos Karabachos came free in front of goal and shot 3-2 to the left of him in the 60 minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Spiros Koumanidis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Glykórrizo's supporters rose to their feet, but Spiros Koumanidis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexandros Rigopoulos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Glykórrizo's Giorgos Rozaklis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dimitris Petrohilos in the 70th minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Glykórrizo's goal looked a bit too open when Dimitris Petrohilos came free, but Giorgos Rozaklis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 78 minutes, Dimitris Petrohilos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DENIAK FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dimitris Petrohilos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Giorgos Rozaklis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daidalos Fitzios, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alexandros Rigopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Glaukos Forakis in the 81st minute of play. Spiros Koumanidis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nikos Batsakis hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Alexandros Rigopoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Spiros Koumanidis in the 88th minute of the match. If Dimitris Petrohilos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Arkas Econome had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Giorgos Rozaklis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dimitris Petrohilos in the 94th minute of play. Giorgos Rozaklis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dimitris Petrohilos, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. DENIAK FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Glykórrizo for a fine match.
