Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Xouthos Papadimitriou kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute of the match Inakhos Strilakos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Menios Economides skillfully saved the ball. In the 6th minute, Briarios Tsaousidis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Man Utd FC's Eumaios Alatza couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 10th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Vathípedhon. Musios Nikolaou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Myrtilos Maragos having to interfere. In the 15th minute Alkmaion Lagidis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Myrtilos Maragos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the game, Briarios Tsaousidis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vathípedhon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Man Utd FC the free kick. Briarios Tsaousidis hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. After having played for 20 minutes, Alkmaion Lagidis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Man Utd FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alkmaion Lagidis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Man Utd FC booed when Vathípedhon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Haimon Kakos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd match minute, Vathípedhon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eteokles Polites to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Alkmaion Lagidis sped through Vathípedhon's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Myrtilos Maragos. In the 27th match minute, Man Utd FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Akis Argitakos to maneuver through the defense. Menios Economides made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xouthos Papadimitriou in the 30th minute of play. Xouthos Papadimitriou took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Menios Economides. Menios Economides dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Alkmaion Lagidis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Myrtilos Maragos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Menios Economides didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lambros Nikolakopoulos went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score.

Myrtilos Maragos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alkmaion Lagidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Musios Nikolaou took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Myrtilos Maragos. Myrtilos Maragos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Myrtilos Maragos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alkmaion Lagidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Man Utd FC's Musios Nikolaou got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alexandros Stamatelopoulos hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Alkmaion Lagidis might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Myrtilos Maragos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alkmaion Lagidis ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 74th minute, Xouthos Papadimitriou fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 77th minute, Alkmaion Lagidis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Myrtilos Maragos was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. In the 82nd minute, Lambros Nikolakopoulos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 83 played minutes Man Utd FC got a freekick which was hit by Iphiklos Pagonis. Man Utd FC's Musios Nikolaou got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 87 minutes into the game, Man Utd FC's Alkmaion Lagidis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Myrtilos Maragos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. In the 92nd minute Musios Nikolaou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Myrtilos Maragos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lambros Nikolakopoulos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Vathípedhon players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Man Utd FC.
