Ikarios Papoutsis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Alkyoneus Bursinos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Likymnios Catranides came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Kefalochórion fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Likymnios Catranides couldn't finish the play. Spiros Brisimitzakis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alkyoneus Bursinos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Zacharias Chrysanthopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Likymnios Catranides in the 19th minute of play forced LAST SEASON's goalkeeper Iakchos Saatsakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zacharias Chrysanthopoulos might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Iakchos Saatsakis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zacharias Chrysanthopoulos ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 24th minute, Spiros Brisimitzakis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ikarios Papoutsis struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Alkyoneus Bursinos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LAST SEASON. Ikarios Papoutsis in the 28thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alkyoneus Bursinos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Iakchos Saatsakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zacharias Chrysanthopoulos in the 31st minute of the match. LAST SEASON's Iakchos Saatsakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Likymnios Catranides in the 46th minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Spiros Brisimitzakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alkyoneus Bursinos having to interfere. In the 58th match minute, Kefalochórion was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nassos Demakis to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute, Spiros Brisimitzakis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of LAST SEASON booed when Kefalochórion was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alkmaion Logarakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 97th minute LAST SEASON were awarded a corner. Odysseas Harames went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Odysseas Harames almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Kefalochórion's Alkyoneus Bursinos did a great save.
