After a rather tough play, Kefalochórion's Alkmaion Logarakis got a free kick in the 5th minute. 6 minutes into the game, Tassos Georgousopoulos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alkyoneus Bursinos. Tassos Georgousopoulos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, Kefalochórion's goal looked a bit too open when Pastor Franco came free, but Alkyoneus Bursinos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14 minutes into the game, M.I.O.N. FC's Eumaios Diamantopoulos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alkyoneus Bursinos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Through an outstanding action, after 17 minutes, Alkyoneus Bursinos successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Iliyan Yanev took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Alkyoneus Bursinos to make any attempt to save it. 26 minutes into the match, Xanthos Bocsusis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alkyoneus Bursinos. Kefalochórion's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Xanthos Bocsusis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. If Xanthos Bocsusis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 35 minutes into the game, Pastor Franco lined in a short shot 5-0 behind a frustrated Alkyoneus Bursinos. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xanthos Bocsusis got free with Alkyoneus Bursinos in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 42nd minute, Iliyan Yanev reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alkyoneus Bursinos. The goal made the score 6-0. Iliyan Yanev could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Alkyoneus Bursinos made a huge save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zacharias Chrysanthopoulos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute of the game Nassos Demakis made a throw-in which Likymnios Catranides played forward. A collision led to Kefalochórion getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Aiolos Kringos hit a great ball. Iliyan Yanev blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alkyoneus Bursinos having to make a save. Iakobos Fotinopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Akheron Roussos in the 65th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Xanthos Bocsusis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of M.I.O.N. FC booed when Kefalochórion was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Akheron Roussos didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Kefalochórion getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Aiolos Kringos hit a great ball. Alkyoneus Bursinos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iliyan Yanev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Pastor Franco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th minute, Xanthos Bocsusis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pastor Franco in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alkyoneus Bursinos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pastor Franco took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alkyoneus Bursinos. Alkyoneus Bursinos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. M.I.O.N. FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
