To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 38 minutes into the match, Lianoú FC's goal looked a bit too open when Seilenos Milionis came free, but Charis Christofis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alkinoos Kalogeria could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Poias Katsiavrias made a huge save. When Alekos Villas came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the OCEAN F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alekos Villas couldn't finish the play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alekos Villas to strike the kick off in the second half.
