Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Kokkalaíïka FC's Kreon Angelopoulos started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Kokkalaíïka FC booed when Xirochóri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timos Diakogeorgiou didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xirochóri's Laios Koustoubos got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kreon Angelopoulos kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Nicias Lillis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timos Diakogeorgiou, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Laios Koustoubos had several of the Kokkalaíïka FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 23 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Nicias Lillis as he didn't even see the shot coming. Kolonos Tekosis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Nicias Lillis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Laios Koustoubos might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nicias Lillis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Laios Koustoubos ran back to his position shaking his head. If Laios Koustoubos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kolonos Tekosis came free with the goalkeeper in the 35th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Nicias Lillis could save by the left post. Vasilis Kouropoulos kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. After 37 minutes of play, Xirochóri's Kolonos Tekosis made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicias Lillis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kolonos Tekosis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Nicias Lillis made a huge save. Vasilis Kouropoulos hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Kolonos Tekosiss short, quick shot in the 44thth minute got Nicias Lillis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Nicias Lillis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laios Koustoubos in the 46th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Laios Koustoubos to make the kick off. Nicias Lillis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kolonos Tekosis in the 54th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Kokkalaíïka FC's Vasilis Kouropoulos got a free kick in the 54th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kolonos Tekosis in the 62nd minute of play forced Kokkalaíïka FC's goalkeeper Nicias Lillis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xirochóri's Laios Koustoubos got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kolonos Tekosis might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nicias Lillis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kolonos Tekosis ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Kokkalaíïka FC's zone, Laios Koustoubos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicias Lillis came out of the goal and Laios Koustoubos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Laios Koustoubos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nicias Lillis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timos Diakogeorgiou in the 77th minute of the match. The supporters of Kokkalaíïka FC booed when Xirochóri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Briarios Letsos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kokkalaíïka FC's Nicias Lillis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laios Koustoubos in the 80th minute of play. Laios Koustoubos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicias Lillis having to interfere. In the 89th minute Kolonos Tekosis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicias Lillis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laios Koustoubos in the 90th minute of play forced Kokkalaíïka FC's goalkeeper Nicias Lillis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that Xirochóri were the better team. Xirochóri's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
