Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Melikertes Terovolas took the kick off in the first half of the match. 6 minutes into the match, Pookoo Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Aigis Tsiaris came free, but Helios Roros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Aigis Tsiaris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Pafos FC booed when Pookoo Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Phoibos Karkampasis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Plouton Panaretos kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Melikertes Terovolas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pookoo Football Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Melikertes Terovolas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vaggelis Kyritsis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Phoibos Karkampasis came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Pookoo Football Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Phoibos Karkampasis couldn't finish the play. 27 minutes into the game, Pafos FC's Nicias Terovolas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Helios Roros made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 31st minute, Pookoo Football Club's Melikertes Terovolas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vaggelis Kyritsis. Vaggelis Kyritsis yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. 35 minutes into the match, Pookoo Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Aigis Tsiaris came free, but Helios Roros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Helios Roros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aigis Tsiaris in the 42nd minute of play. Melikertes Terovolas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Melikertes Terovolas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Vaggelis Kyritsis. That made the score 2-1 in the 46 minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aigis Tsiaris made a kick off. Vaggelis Kyritsis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eumaios Drivakis in the 51st minute of the match. Nicias Terovolas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Helios Roros having to make a save. Vaggelis Kyritsis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melikertes Terovolas in the 55th minute of play. A collision led to Pookoo Football Club getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Kanake Skandalis hit a great ball. Melikertes Terovolas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vaggelis Kyritsis having to interfere. When Pookoo Football Club's Melikertes Terovolas in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pafos FC's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Pafos FC's Danaos Lipsanos got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 75th minute Melikertes Terovolas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vaggelis Kyritsis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pafos FC's Vaggelis Kyritsis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melikertes Terovolas in the 76th minute of play. After 83 played minutes Pookoo Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Manos Dalianis. In the 86th match minute, Pafos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christos Mavrostomos to maneuver through the defense. Aigis Tsiaris received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Helios Roros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Pafos FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Pookoo Football Club.
