An unexpectedly hard shot by Alkyoneus Polites in the 18th minute of play forced mpikosole's goalkeeper Priamos Koumaditis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Haimon Michalaras managed to get in a good position for a shot. CR Flamengo's supporters rose to their feet, but Haimon Michalaras was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Priamos Koumaditis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpected shot in the 22nd minute by Seleykos Samios got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Danaos Diplarakos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ademtos Angavanakis in the 30th minute of the match. Haimon Michalaras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Iolkos Antonopoulos charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iolkos Antonopoulos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 47 played minutes mpikosole got a freekick which was hit by Iolkos Antonopoulos. After 47 played minutes, CR Flamengo's Lefteris Panayiotopoulos shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Priamos Koumaditis came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CR Flamengo reached it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alkyoneus Polites made a kick off. Seleykos Samios sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to CR Flamengo getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Akhilleus Gaitanis hit a great ball. In the 54th minute, Seleykos Samios ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Danaos Diplarakos was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. If Haimon Michalaras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute, Iolkos Antonopoulos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lefteris Panayiotopoulos, 62 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 66th minute Alkyoneus Polites shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Priamos Koumaditis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
