CF Polis's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave valencia f.c the free kick. After having played for 10 minutes, Nassos Stamatas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. valencia f.c's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nassos Stamatas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fotis Passas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 25 minutes of play, valencia f.c's Nassos Stamatas made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Asopos Panoulias was left in no man's land by his defense there! CF Polis's Asopos Panoulias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prokris Koumanidis in the 31st minute of play. Prokris Koumanidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Asopos Panoulias having to interfere. Asopos Panoulias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prokris Koumanidis in the 42nd minute of play. Prokris Koumanidis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Asopos Panoulias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nassos Stamatas, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Prokris Koumanidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Asopos Panoulias having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Prokris Koumanidis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in CF Polis's zone, Nassos Stamatas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Asopos Panoulias came out of the goal and Nassos Stamatas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 53 minutes, Prokris Koumanidis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. valencia f.c's supporters crossed their fingers, but Prokris Koumanidis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Asopos Panoulias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prokris Koumanidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Asopos Panoulias made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Nassos Stamatas sent off a good shot on target. Sakis Touchakis hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. If Prokris Koumanidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. CF Polis's defense didn't have a chance, in the 64th minute, when Xouthos Lolos scored to the left of an out of position Asopos Panoulias, making the score, 0-2. Giannis Kouropoulos struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Asopos Panoulias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for valencia f.c. Asopos Panoulias made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Nassos Stamatas sent off a good shot on target. Asopos Panoulias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giannis Kouropoulos in the 75th minute of the match. Prokris Koumanidis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Asopos Panoulias made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nassos Stamatas in the 78th minute. Prokris Koumanidis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Asopos Panoulias read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. After having played for 85 minutes, Sakis Touchakis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CF Polis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sakis Touchakis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. valencia f.c's Prokris Koumanidis got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Prokris Koumanidis came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the valencia f.c fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Prokris Koumanidis couldn't finish the play. Fotis Passas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kastor Atsidakos having to interfere. In the 97th minute, Sakis Touchakis made a precise shot to the right of Kastor Atsidakos. valencia f.c's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. The valencia f.c players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
