APOLLON LIMASSOL's Christos Fotiadis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aias Katramados in the 8th minute of play. Christos Mavrostomos's late challenge caught a APOLLON LIMASSOL's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christos Mavrostomos helped the player get up and apologised. Christos Mavrostomos kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 11thth minute of the game Vasilis Sakelaris who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ROMA F.C's 徐阳烽 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Aias Katramados notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of APOLLON LIMASSOL's Christos Fotiadis. Christos Fotiadis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Christos Fotiadis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 26th minute Kostas Georgas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christos Fotiadis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, APOLLON LIMASSOL's goal looked a bit too open when Iphitos Anetakis came free, but Christos Fotiadis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the APOLLON LIMASSOL defense, Kostas Georgas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Christos Fotiadis. The APOLLON LIMASSOL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Christos Fotiadis should have stopped the shot. Apostolis Nomikos charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After the first half ROMA F.C were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vasilis Sakelaris to make the kick off. Aias Katramados scored 0-5 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Christos Fotiadis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Christos Fotiadis was a little too slow when Iphitos Anetakis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 58th minute. The score was now 0-6. In the 65th minute, Aias Katramados left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ROMA F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. 71 minutes into the match, APOLLON LIMASSOL's goal looked a bit too open when Iphitos Anetakis came free, but Christos Fotiadis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Virgil Drăucean took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Christos Fotiadis. APOLLON LIMASSOL's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Rhesos Rigopoulos kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. ROMA F.C's Koios Trampakoulos was substituted for Palaimon Patselas. 81 minutes into the game, Aias Katramados recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Christos Fotiadis. Aias Katramados showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. Aias Katramados let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 87th minute shot 0-9 at rihgt post. Christos Fotiadis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iphitos Anetakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
