An unexpectedly hard shot by Khariklo Christodoulou in the 5th minute of play forced Soláki FC's goalkeeper Chronis Rozaklis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chronis Rozaklis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Khariklo Christodoulou in the 9th minute of play. Akheloos Demarchis kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 13thth minute of the game Khariklo Christodoulou who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Soláki FC's Chronis Rozaklis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sokratis Vlachos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Khariklo Christakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 22 minutes into the game, Kyperounda United's Akastos Kaladosis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Chronis Rozaklis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Akestes Matsoukis hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Akontios Sousanis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chronis Rozaklis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Khariklo Christodoulou in the 32nd minute of play. Khariklo Christodoulou spun around in front of the goal 34 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Soláki FC's goal. The Kyperounda United fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when Kyperounda United's Khariklo Christodoulou looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 48 minutes into the match, Akastos Kaladosis notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Soláki FC's Chronis Rozaklis. Chronis Rozaklis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Soláki FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Kyperounda United were winning 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Khariklo Christakis to make the kick off. Chronis Rozaklis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Khariklo Christodoulou's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. After 57 played minutes Kyperounda United got a freekick which was hit by Silvio Acuña. The audience was convinced that Khariklo Christodoulou's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Chronis Rozaklis was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Soláki FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 61st minute, when Akastos Kaladosis scored to the left of an out of position Chronis Rozaklis, making the score, 0-5. After 65 minutes, Akheloos Demarchis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Soláki FC and the Kyperounda United players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Kyperounda United booed when Soláki FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Akheloos Demarchis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chronis Rozaklis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Khariklo Christodoulou, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Khariklo Christodoulou in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chronis Rozaklis saved Soláki FC from getting behind. After having played for 75 minutes, Akontios Sousanis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kyperounda United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Akontios Sousanis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Soláki FC's goalkeeper Chronis Rozaklis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 86 minutes into the match, Kyperounda United's goal looked a bit too open when Kadmos Katsivalis came free, but Sokratis Vlachos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Radimír Nedbal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chronis Rozaklis having to interfere. 90 minutes into the match, Soláki FC's goal looked a bit too open when Khariklo Christodoulou came free, but Chronis Rozaklis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Khariklo Christodoulou in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chronis Rozaklis saved Soláki FC from getting behind. Chronis Rozaklis came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Kyperounda United's Akastos Kaladosis. But to his dismay, Akastos Kaladosis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Kyperounda United played a much better game than Soláki FC and deserved their victory. The Soláki FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
