A collision led to Perikopí FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Kimon Valkanas hit a great ball. After 8 played minutes Thíra FC got a freekick which was hit by Akrisios Totolos. In the 14th minute, Sakis Konstantatos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 17 minutes into the match, Perikopí FC's goal looked a bit too open when Babbis Melonakos came free, but Khariklo Polites reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christos Evanggenelis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zethos Lolos in the 22nd minute of the match. After 23 minutes of play, Perikopí FC's Dimosthenis Petrakos made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christos Evanggenelis was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 26 played minutes Perikopí FC got a freekick which was hit by Kimon Valkanas. In the 27th minute of the match Akrisios Totolos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Khariklo Polites showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 28thth minute of the game Aison Nikolakakos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Perikopí FC's Khariklo Polites was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Khariklo Polites made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aison Nikolakakos in the 30th minute of play. 35 minutes into the game, Perikopí FC's Dimosthenis Petrakos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Christos Evanggenelis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Dimosthenis Petrakos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Christos Evanggenelis having to make a save. Pasxalis Chronis in the 44thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Christos Evanggenelis, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 48th minute, Babbis Melonakos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Khariklo Polites was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pasxalis Chronis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 56 played minutes Perikopí FC got a freekick which was hit by Pasxalis Chronis. Christos Evanggenelis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kostas Sakellaridis in the 59th minute of play. Lefteris Malavazos kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Pasxalis Chronis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kostas Sakellaridis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christos Evanggenelis having to interfere. In the 72nd minute Pasxalis Chronis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christos Evanggenelis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Thíra FC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Dihnekis Petrakos hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute of the match Pavlos Stroggylis shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Christos Evanggenelis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Khariklo Polites showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aison Nikolakakos in the 90th minute of the match. The supporters of Thíra FC booed when Perikopí FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kyszkos Makrodimitris didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kostas Sakellaridis hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. After 98 played minutes Perikopí FC got a freekick which was hit by Kimon Valkanas. Perikopí FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
