Likymnios Tsahalis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Amykos Giannakos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Likymnios Tsahalis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haimon Soukis in the 14th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alkestis Soukis in the 16th minute of play forced Mikrolímni's goalkeeper Aias Kosmas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Haimon Soukis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alkestis Soukis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aias Kosmas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Alkestis Soukis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aias Kosmas having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Haimon Soukis in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Likymnios Tsahalis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haimon Soukis in the 31st minute of play forced Türkgücü SK's goalkeeper Likymnios Tsahalis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Amykos Giannakos notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Türkgücü SK's Likymnios Tsahalis. Likymnios Tsahalis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Haimon Soukis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Likymnios Tsahalis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Türkgücü SK's goal looked a bit too open when Amykos Giannakos came free, but Likymnios Tsahalis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Akhilleus Panoulias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Aias Kosmas made a huge save. Tantalos Papadopulos charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tantalos Papadopulos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Türkgücü SK booed when Mikrolímni was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tantalos Papadopulos didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Amykos Giannakos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Likymnios Tsahalis having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Türkgücü SK's zone, Haimon Soukis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Likymnios Tsahalis came out of the goal and Haimon Soukis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Haimon Soukis got free with Likymnios Tsahalis in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mikrolímni's Tantalos Papadopulos got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Türkgücü SK's Akamas Avgerinos got a free kick in the 66th minute. Haimon Soukis came free with the goalkeeper in the 67th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Likymnios Tsahalis could save by the left post. Likymnios Tsahalis made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Haimon Soukis sent off a good shot on target. Likymnios Tsahalis came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Mikrolímni's Haimon Soukis. But to his dismay, Haimon Soukis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The audience was convinced that Alkestis Soukis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aias Kosmas was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. After 76 played minutes Mikrolímni got a freekick which was hit by Apostolis Christodoulou. Haimon Soukiss short, quick shot in the 82ndth minute got Likymnios Tsahalis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Likymnios Tsahalis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Haimon Soukis in the 86th minute. 94 minutes into the match, Türkgücü SK's goalkeeper Likymnios Tsahalis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Haimon Soukis. Mikrolímni's Haimon Soukis got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Türkgücü SK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mikrolímni were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
