An unexpectedly hard shot by Argiris Georgousopoulos in the 16th minute of play forced Panathinaikos f.c's goalkeeper Edgar Rahne to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Patroklos Katsambis notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Khórtos FC's 夏天 Taaler. 夏天 Taaler was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Edgar Rahne showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Khariklo Karnoupakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Panathinaikos f.c's Patroklos Katsambis got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tassos Sarris made a kick off. Labdakos Diamantopoulos struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. 夏天 Taaler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panathinaikos f.c. Tassos Sarris blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 夏天 Taaler having to make a save. 夏天 Taaler came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Panathinaikos f.c's Labdakos Diamantopoulos. But to his dismay, Labdakos Diamantopoulos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patroklos Katsambis in the 82nd minute of play forced Khórtos FC's goalkeeper 夏天 Taaler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Khórtos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tassos Sarris came free, but 夏天 Taaler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute Patroklos Katsambis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 夏天 Taaler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 夏天 Taaler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patroklos Katsambis in the 89th minute of play. 夏天 Taaler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patroklos Katsambis in the 93rd minute of the match. Alkinoos Bilias kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Panathinaikos f.c were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
