Spectators: 7650 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 150) Apollon Limassol's Teo Constancio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Günay Nebahattin in the 5th minute of play. In the 5th minute, Günay Nebahattin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teo Constancio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Iphitos Konstantatos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Teo Constancio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 10th minute, Vaggelis Hadjiyianakies hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teo Constancio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Günay Nebahattin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lykurgos Chellos hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. If Günay Nebahattin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luca Toni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Teo Constancio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Luca Toni left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mr.Freddo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 32nd minute Luca Toni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teo Constancio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Apollon Limassol's goal looked a bit too open when Günay Nebahattin came free, but Teo Constancio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nassos Stamatelopoulos got free with Mustafa Emre Karadeniz in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After a rather tough play, Mr.Freddo's Iosif Soukis got a free kick in the 64th minute. Lykurgos Chellos struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Mustafa Emre Karadeniz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Apollon Limassol. After having played for 70 minutes, Luca Toni managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mr.Freddo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luca Toni was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Aison Manoukarakis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Apollon Limassol's supporters rose to their feet, but Aison Manoukarakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mustafa Emre Karadeniz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 89 minutes into the match, Mr.Freddo's goal looked a bit too open when Nassos Stamatelopoulos came free, but Mustafa Emre Karadeniz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
