Kanake Papadis's late challenge caught a Dhafnotí's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kanake Papadis helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Le Cabaret getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Kanake Papadis hit a great ball. In the 17th minute, one of Dhafnotí:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Dhafnotí. The goalkeeper, Omar Geneix, was totally fooled by Le Cabaret's Likourgos Manetas, who 19 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Polybos Phocas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonidas Rorris in the 24th minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Nicias Skouzas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Le Cabaret's Kanake Papadis came free and shot a quick shot against goal 30 minutes in the game, fortunately Omar Geneix had problems saving as it came toward the left post. 35 minutes into the match, Leonidas Rorris had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Polybos Phocas. Le Cabaret's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leonidas Rorris was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 38th match minute, Le Cabaret was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kroios Stagias to maneuver through the defense. Leonidas Rorris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Dhafnotí's Leonidas Rorris in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Le Cabaret's goalie prevented a goal. The Le Cabaret players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Dhafnotí were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Kanake Papadis made the kick off in the second half. Omar Geneix showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kanake Papadis, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Lykos Nikolakakos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Polybos Phocas. That made the score 1-3 in the 58 minute of play. Omar Geneix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aigyptos Papoutsis in the 62nd minute of the match. Omar Geneix didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kanake Papadis went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. After 81 minutes of play, Dhafnotí's Leonidas Rorris made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Polybos Phocas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aigyptos Papoutsis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 89 minutes, Lykos Nikolakakos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dhafnotí and the Le Cabaret players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 91st minute Timos Softhis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omar Geneix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Areion Pezos kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Le Cabaret's Polybos Phocas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Le Cabaret from getting a goal against them. The Dhafnotí supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Dhafnotí would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
