Kimon Yfantis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Selçuk Eldem made a huge save. Karavostásis BC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 12th minute, when Christiano Ronaldo scored to the left of an out of position Selçuk Eldem, making the score, 1-0. In the 15th minute Christiano Ronaldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Selçuk Eldem saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th minute of the match Unione Sportiva got a corner. Karavostásis BC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cassiano Vilas Boas ran over to the corner to take the kick. Cassiano Vilas Boas made a great header on Unione Sportiva's corner, it was just that Karavostásis BC's Selçuk Eldem managed to reach the ball for a save. Selçuk Eldem came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Unione Sportiva's Christiano Ronaldo. But to his dismay, Christiano Ronaldo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 23rd minute, Christiano Ronaldo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Selçuk Eldem was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. The Unione Sportiva fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when Unione Sportiva's Christiano Ronaldo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Su Xu Xi took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Selçuk Eldem. Selçuk Eldem dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristo Martino in the 33rd minute of play forced Unione Sportiva's goalkeeper Fernado Alves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fernado Alves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristo Martino in the 33rd minute of play. Fernado Alves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lynkeus Galitsis in the 34th minute of the match. In the 39th minute Christiano Ronaldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Selçuk Eldem saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Unione Sportiva's Christiano Ronaldo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Selçuk Eldem narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 46th minute of the match, Christiano Ronaldo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Selçuk Eldem saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.

With a little luck, Unione Sportiva's Fernado Alves got control of the ball when Lynkeus Galitsis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christiano Ronaldo in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Selçuk Eldem prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 61 minutes into the game, Christiano Ronaldo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Selçuk Eldem was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Selçuk Eldem showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christiano Ronaldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 66th minute Unione Sportiva were awarded a corner. Cassiano Vilas Boas went to the cornerflag to take it. Christiano Ronaldo was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 73 minutes into the match, Unione Sportiva's goalkeeper Fernado Alves had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristo Martino. In the 74th minute Karavostásis BC were awarded a corner. Lynkeus Galitsis went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Karavostásis BC's corner Lynkeus Galitsis fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fernado Alves quite easily take care of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Christiano Ronaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Unione Sportiva's supporters rose to their feet, but Christiano Ronaldo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Selçuk Eldem breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christiano Ronaldo in the 79th minute of play forced Karavostásis BC's goalkeeper Selçuk Eldem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Christiano Ronaldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Karavostásis BC's goalkeeper Selçuk Eldem, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 95 played minutes Unione Sportiva got a freekick which was hit by Ptolemeus Giannopoulos.
